After spending many years studying anatomy and movement, I have developed both the skills and knowledge to tailor bespoke 1-2-1 sessions for my clients. 

This understanding also allows me to offer classes suitable for everyone, but with a personal feel, as modifications and options are always offered to ensure enjoyment and safety.

Pilates

The exercise method widely used by Physiotherapists and Osteopaths, Pilates is suitable for everyone.  Pilates can help improve posture and muscle balance – re-aligning the body.

It develops flexibility and improves mobility, as well as developing whole-body strength. Pilates is a great form of pre-hab, keeping the body moving freely – the way it was designed to do so.

But it’s also an excellent exercise method for rehab – if you’re recovering from an injury, surgery, or even managing a long term illness, Pilates could assist you in reaching optimal health.

Yoga

Yoga has become extremely popular in the Western world, due to its impressive list of health benefits.

Yoga can offer you some re-balance in life by providing you with the time out to let go of daily stress and become more mindful of how to deal with life’s challenges.

The physical element can be tailored to meet the needs of each client, but sessions will always include breath work and mindfulness.  In each class, you will be guided through various postures to stretch and strengthen the body, to focus the mind and relax.

 

Holly is an amazing warm; friendly & professional lady. Her First Aid courses are engaging, interesting & fully informative. Her yoga and Pilates classes are the best I have ever done. They are easy to follow and adaptable for all levels. Thank you Holly for what you do and for helping to keep me sane in these challenging times.
