Optimal health and wellbeing have always been important to me and my passion is very much in helping people to improve theirs.
I have spent many years studying and gaining qualifications and more than a decade ago, HL Therapy was born.
I am proud to be able to offer a wide range of services to my clients to help them achieve better health, whether that be through movement, bodywork or nutritional therapy.
When I’m not working, I love to travel, explore the outdoors and read books; and of course, make time for my own exercise.
